*Brigadeiros are Brazilian candies similiar to American fudge.  They are always present at Brazilian birthday parties.



Brigadeiros

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tablespoon margarine
2 Tablespoons cocoa
chocolate sprinkles

-Cook condensed milk, margarine, and cocoa over medium heat until it begins to pull away from the sides of the pot.  Let cool slightly.  Butter your hands and roll into small balls.  Roll balls in chocolate sprinkles.  Serve in mini muffin cups.
